Go to https://www.jsgp.edu.in to begin your application. Please have scanned copies of your X, XII Board Scores and your Graduation mark sheet/Certificate (If appeared before 2019), your other academic & professional experience certificate, Passport Sized Photographs. The photograph should be a front-facing profile picture (2 x 2) with a neutral background. If acceptable, this photograph may be used to create your University ID.
Personal Statement (At least 500 Words)
All applicants need to submit a personal statement. This is a short reflective piece where you get a chance to tell us a bit more about yourself and what you think the Admissions and Faculty teams need to know about you. While there is no preferred format, the personal statement should give the reader a good sense of your personality and who you are. It should not be specific to a programme. But it should contain:
What made you join this course- advantages that you see after passing out.
Qualities that you think you possess that makes you a suitable candidate for this programme.
List of activities that you participated in school – extra/co-curricular.
Your life background, your interests. What motivates you?
Anything else that you wish to share
If you apply for multiple programmes, your personal statement will transfer to your new application. There is no need to submit a second personal statement.
For each individual programme, applicants will be asked to answer at least three additional questions. This is a chance for you to describe your interest in the programme you are applying to in more detail. Some programmes may give you the opportunity to provide websites, blogs, and portfolios as part of your application.
If you apply for multiple programmes, you have a different set of supplemental questions for each programme.
X, XII Board Scores and Graduation result
Applicants are asked to upload their X, XII Board Scores (or equivalent) and graduation mark sheet (If appeared before 2019) . Please note that we look at an applicant’s scores in totality and consider the broader patterns. One bad score will not be held against you.

Selected applicants will advance to Round 2. In this round, applicants will need to do the following:
Faculty Interview (In Person or Remotely) *
This is the most important part of the application process. Applicants who get to this round will have an interview with a member of the faculty for their respective schools. There is no set format for these interviews, but it is a chance for the faculty to ask the applicant questions and the applicant to find out more about a programme from someone directly. Emphasis in these interviews is placed on oral communication, confidence, curiosity, clarity of expression, their working experience & Interest in the subject and nuanced thinking.
Some applicant may be asked to complete a second interview. This does not mean that the applicant is a weak applicant. Sometimes faculty request an additional opinion or want the applicant to speak to faculty member aligned to the applicant’s interests.
* Some programmes require Delhi / NCR applicants to come for an on-campus interview. Please see your respective programmes for more information. We recommend students to schedule their personal interview at campus.
